Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every paid plan (Starter, Pro, Business) starts with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends from the Billing page with no charge at all. If you don't cancel, billing starts automatically when the trial ends.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers ordering digital services online normally have a 14-day withdrawal right. Because every paid subscription already includes a 14-day trial during which you can cancel free of charge, this trial period serves the same purpose: you can walk away with nothing charged. Once the trial ends and your subscription becomes active and paid, the service is being actively supplied, so the statutory withdrawal right for the current billing period is considered exercised by not cancelling during the trial — consistent with Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU for digital content/services with the consumer's informed consent to immediate performance during the trial window.

Cancel anytime from the Billing page via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and won't be charged again afterward.

Once a billing period has been paid, we don't provide partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time, except:

• where required by mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence;
• where we made a billing error (e.g. duplicate charge, wrong amount);
• where the service was materially unavailable to you for an extended period due to a fault on our side.

Contact us via the in-app Support page to request a refund under one of these circumstances, and we'll review it case by case.

If you believe you're entitled to withdraw under EU consumer law, you can use this model statement (addressed to us via the in-app Support page):

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the Rentlira service, ordered on [date], account email [your email]."
